Patron Membership is an individual membership in RRLC, designed for librarians and library staff who are retired or unemployed and for library school students. The cost of Patron Membership is $25 per year. Patron Membership is also open to library staff who live in the Rochester region but are employed in libraries in adjacent regions that are members of other regional library councils (such as CLRC or WNYLRC).

Patron members are eligible to attend any RRLC continuing education and training programs, as long as they are not oversubscribed. Patron members can also participate in the RRLC-L listserv, participate in special interest groups and committees, and receive information about internship and volunteer opportunities in member libraries.
