Chili Public Library with Director Jeff Baker, is the 2010 RRLC Public Library of the Year. The judges for the National Library Week Contest – Ellen Stoll Walsh, local children’s author and storyteller, Nikki Rudd, 10NBC news reporter, and Bernard Margolis, NY State Librarian – all agreed that nominations reflected warmth of place and staff. “It was obvious how proud the community was of the library.”
