RRLC seeks out and facilitates cooperative ventures among all types of libraries. By working together, libraries can improve their existing resources and services and develop new ones.

CLIC-on-Health
The CLIC-on-Health project is a joint effort of hospital, public, academic and school libraries in the Rochester area. It provides easily accessible, high quality health information to the people of the community.

Coordinated Collection Development
The Coordinated Collection Development program, or CCDA, helps academic libraries develop collections in specific subject areas through annual grants from NY state funds. The libraries agree to share their collections through interlibrary loan or other resource sharing mechanisms.

Electronic Resources
RRLC facilitates access to a wide variety of electronic databases for its member libraries.

Hospital Library Services Program
The Hospital Library Services Program, or HLSP, provides funding to assist hospital libraries in the five-county service area.
