Leadership was the focus of two recent RRLC grant projects, and leadership training is an ongoing activity in Rochester area libraries. RRLC has been proactive in recognizing the need to train librarians so they will be ready to assume library management and leadership positions as they become available.
A new leadership institute gets underway in March 2009. This training is offered in partnership with our Buffalo-area counterpart, the Western NY Library Resources Council.
