NOVELNY Databases is an electronic database access project that enables libraries across New York State to provide their communities free online access to the full text of thousands of journals, newspapers and other information sources.
New York State libraries that are members of a New York State library system may participate directly in the NOVELNY databases program. The NOVELNY Databases Help Desk toll-free phone number is (877) 277-0250. The Help Desk phone is staffed by New York State Library database specialists, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information and to register for the databases, see the NOVELNY Databases page at the New York State Library web site at http://novelnewyork.org/ .
