RRLC provides programs and services that enhance member library cooperation, service delivery and resource sharing. RRLC serves as a forum for the unified representation of library interests and helps members achieve together what could not be achieved separately.

It is now possible to pay for RRLC products and services using a credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card for membership dues, RRLC regional delivery, databases, or any other invoice you receive from RRLC, a 3.5% administrative fee will apply. This is unfortunate, but necessary, as RRLC is charged 3.5% per transaction. We regret that it is necessary for us to pass this fee along to our members.
