An RRLC Access Card is valid at any participating library. Materials can be borrowed within the rules and restrictions set by the lending library.
Each RRLC Access Card is non-transferable and can be used by the person to whom it was issued.
Use of the RRLC Access Card is subject to the rules of each participating library.
Cost for the replacement of lost or damaged materials or overdue fines are payable by the person to whom the card was issued.
The card does not give automatic entrance to the card holder.
Cards are valid for a maximum of one year, from July 1 to June 30, with no automatic renewals.
