Charge to Executive Committee regarding planning activities of the Council:

To monitor progress under the RRLC Plan of Service and develop recommendations for changes and additions on a yearly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Review any evaluations and assessments already in place.
• Review any information and input from RRLC committees.
• Determine what additional information and input is needed and implement method to gather it.
• Review, evaluate, and discuss all data gathered.
• Develop recommendations for additions and changes to the Plan of Service to present to the Advisory Committee.

Frequency of meetings:

In order to fulfill its duties related to Planning, the Executive Committee would meet two to three times a year.

• In the Spring, to monitor progress, review available data, determine what new assessment data and input is needed.
• In the fall to review any evaluation data and survey results, and other recommendations.
• Prior to the final Advisory Committee meeting of the year to draft changes to the Plan of Service for presentation to the Advisory Committee and Board of Trustees.
